A date for your diaries CLUB AGM - Tuesday 1st April prior to training
Some great running this weekend. On Saturday Gethin Holland won the Rhayader 5M with a new pb of 27:45 and on Sunday Felipe Jones was the winner at Ras Gwyl Dewi in 34:17. Cameron Pope took part in both races. In the Rhayader 20 Dave Powell was first in for the club in 2:21:57 with Louise Barker first club lady in 2:33:40. Also John Evans 2:51:23 1st M65 and Anita Worthing 2:53:42 1st F55 - both times that people of any age would be proud of. Well done to everyone else, all the first timers and the pacers. All these results along with last week's timetrial have gone into the League, things are tight and there has been and there has been a disturbance in the force. Click here to see all the results.
